We develop a respectful dry, non irrigated-land viticulture, combining the growing of local wine grape varieties with other splendidly adapted to the area foreign ones. Vineyards are sited at an average 450 metres above sea level and they grow on sandy soils, with scarce organic materials and with annual rain rates of around 550 mm. This makes our vines live with sobriety, with no excesses, what results in low outputs for each vine, lower than 4000 kg of grapes for each hectare, producing exceptional grapes for quality wine making.
